Symptoms:

You continually need to reset your password to log in to your Remember The Milk account.

Cause:

You may be entering an incorrect username when entering your username/password to log in.

Solution:

If you can't remember your username, you can also log in with your account email address.

If that doesn't help though, you can recover your username by following these steps:

1. Click on the 'Forgot username?' link on the log in page.
2. Enter the email address you used to sign up for Remember The Milk.
3. Click Recover Username.

Your username will be emailed to you.
