Can I set reminders for individual tasks?

Yes, you can add reminders to any tasks:

  1. Select a task that you want to add a reminder to.
  2. Click 'Add field' and select 'Reminder' from the drop-down.
  3. Select the contact method where you'd like to receive the reminder.

For tasks with a due date

  1. Select when you want to receive the reminder: 'on the due date' or 'before the due date'.
  2. If you select 'before the due date', select the number of days or weeks ahead of time when you want to receive the reminder.

For tasks with a due time

  1. Select when you want to receive the reminder: 'at the due time' or 'before the due time'.
  2. If you select 'before the due time', select the number of minutes or hours ahead of time when you want to receive the reminder.
