I don't receive SMS

I set RTM to send me sms but I don't receive them.
I set up an email notification to see if notification of my test event are being sent and I receive email, but not sms.
I'm using Vodafone in Italy, I tried to insert my number with and without the +39 prefix.
Thanks for any help.

Andrea,
You may need to set it up for the "dialing" to include the prefix for calling from the US to overseas. Try adding 011 in front of the country code.
Hope this helps.

Typically you don't need to include any international dialing rules for the SMS number.
Specifically, you need to use the format specified in your provider's email-to-SMS addresses (e.g. 123456789@provider.com).
With Vodafone, some users have reported that they've needed to call customer service to request one of these addresses. It may be worthwhile to check with them upfront.
