Reminders without sound

The reminders on my iPhone 8 (iOS 12.4.1) appear as notification (as configuration in settings - everything correct there), but there's no sound or vibration with it.
I already tried everything; other apps work e.g. the calendar app.
Is this an issue at the actual app version?

Sorry to hear about that! We received one other report about this and are looking into anything systemic.

However, it may be good to check in the iOS Settings that sounds are enabled for the RTM app's Sound setting.

Then, you may also want to try changing the sound in the app's Settings (to something else) and then changing it back. That may reset it as well.

Keep us posted if any of that makes a difference or not!

I tried everything including the ring/silent button, iOS and RTM settings. Also I changed the settings and back, unfortunately no sound or vibration occurs when notifications pop up.

Seems to be a systemic issue.

Besides that, I am very happy with RTM!
