support query response time

I'm new to RTM and mistakenly shared a list of 130 items, not knowing they can't be unshared. I submitted a bug report requesting RTM to copy the items to a new list; I will delete the original. This process was suggested in a another post.

What's the usual response time for regular (non Pro) users? Four days ago I submitted a bug report:

What's a "normal" response time? Am I on my own?

Thanks for the reply. I've whittled the list down to 32 but it's quite tedious copying each attribute (name, due date, priority, tags, notes).

How many are ahead of me in the queue? Just trying to plan my schedule.
