Follow these quick instructions (for iOS 11/watchOS 4 or later), and you'll be adding tasks to Remember The Milk with Siri in no time.

This feature uses the built in support for the CalDAV standard in iOS to push tasks added with Siri to Remember The Milk. Just follow the quick instructions on our Add tasks with Siri page to get started.
You can specify both due dates and times, and how often a task should repeat (for iOS 11+ and watchOS 4+).
Some examples:
Add pick up the milk tomorrow to my task list in RTM
Add call Jimmy at 5pm on Friday to my task list in RTM
Add return my library books in 2 weeks to my task list in RTM
Add take out the trash every Tuesday at 5pm to my task list in RTM
For earlier versions of iOS and watchOS, or if you are using the CalDAV integration:
Some examples:
Remind me to pick up the milk tomorrow
Remind me to call Jimmy at 5pm on Friday
Remind me to return my library books in 2 weeks

You can add tasks without a due date by simply leaving out a date when talking to Siri (for iOS 11+ and watchOS 4+):
Add "Read Jane Goodall's book" to my task list in RTM
Second, if Siri responds by asking, "When would you like me to remind you?" you can say:
Whenever
