Due date not working with e-mailed tasks

Hi. I'm a new user. I am e-mailing a task to RTM. I am putting D: [Date] (or Due: [Date]) in the message body and I can't seem to get the date to show up. I just get a task with no due date.

Please help!

it works. don't include the signature. just due date in the body.
