One of my favorite things about Google Reader is that I can navigate almost entirely without using a mouse.
For example: G, T allows me to type the folder I want to jump to and it autocompletes. I would like to be able to do that for jumping to Lists

This is now possible with the new Remember The Milk. Try pressing "?" to see a list of all the keyboard shortcuts (there are many starting with "g"). Hope this helps!
