iPhone: Sort Lists by Due Date

The default list sort on the iPhone is priority. I created a smart list I want sorted by due date, but I am unable to sort by due date using the iPhone.
Extra info on my situation: I've created a smart list called "7 Day Outlook". My 7 day smart list displays all tasks due in the next 7 days. I prefer seeing this list sorted by due date and I can do just that online, but the iPhone application has my smart list permanently sorted by priority.

Old idea, but no response. I'm finding it a little frustrating that RtM works somewhat differently on every device, and this is a hotpoint.
Pretty much everything else lets you sort or group by due date, or in the case of the Google Gadget, insists on it.
Frankly, if the iPhone were only going to do one, I'd have preferred it be by due date first. But since it's defaulting to priority, the option to go to due date would be a huge help.
