Sync tags with MilkSync

It'd be great if there was an option to sync tags to MilkSync-enabled devices.
Sure, you can't display them the same way as the web interface does, but like a lot of GTD desktop apps that sync their metadata with (say) calendar apps, you could use a basic tag syntax to parse them either way. So if you created a task on your Windows Mobile device called
[tag1] [tag2] content of todo
the "[tag1] [tag2]" gets snipped and converted to a tags called "tag1" and "tag2" at the RTM end. And vice versa. Obviously this would restrict the use of square brackets in todos for those using the feature, but this has been true of many of these kind of apps, e.g. kGTD and iGTD on the Mac, which both use(d) this exact syntax.
Anyway, this would really, really make my day.
