The concept of notes in rtm is a bit confused. The interface implies a "chat", but the experience is one of note taking, especially with editing. A better experience we see in many apps is a separation of concerns around this, continuing to have notes with richer formatting, yet have a read only chat interface between people collaborating, but also available via milkscript to provide an awesome integration with AI LLMs. Right now I have achieved this via notes and it is a bit clunky.
