Multiple URLs

I propose the ability to add unlimited (or just many) URLs to each task. This would be a simple but elegant addition with many potential applications!
Thanks in advance, Bob!

Yes, for one, the URLs are more accessible in the current interface. Plus having a specific spot just for URLs is perhaps useful if you create services that interact with RTM.
angela.randall says:
That it does. I think it could be very useful for interaction with RTM.
Although, having an option for a detailed task list that shows notes inline could be useful in the meantime! :)

Please add this feature!
I am using RTM + del.icio.us right now for all my internet research and business planning. I want to eliminate del.icio.us, but RTM does not support URLs efficiently enough.
Blogreaders are cool for keeping tabs on people and events via xml. But much of the content on the web is still static html. When I do research on a topic, I want to be able to collect url's and save them for later analysis / reference.
To make this suggestion even better, you should add a url text field to your 'Add to RTM!' javascript bookmark page. This way I can bookmark all the web pages I find, tag them, and later assign them to a task list or priority reading level.
I seriously need this feature. If you add this I will upgrade to pro.

I don't use the Quick Add bookmarklet any more, but I think klassicd touches on a great point there : For research and the like, RTM is an amazing tool... More to come on related ideas, but Multiple URLs would be a very beneficial addition.

I don't see why drop del.icio.us. Having 100+ bookmarks on RTM would quite cumbersome I think, it wasn't designed for this. At least with the list and smartlist's interface that we have today, not being able to sort or group them.
Instead, why not take advantage of del.icio.us, by tagging several URLs with a specific tag, then inserting the tag's URL (del.icio.us/username/tag) in the RTM task's field ?
It could be used for a "Research/Learn blah-blah" task, as well as for annexing multiple Google Docs to a task.
It's at the very least a good workaround while we don't have multiple URLs.

That is a great workaround (del.icio.us tag URL)! It is a few extra steps, though.
angela.randall says:
Yeah, I do this! For instance:
Task: Learn Swedish
URL: http://del.icio.us/smange/swedish+faves
Love delicious. So handy!

Holy mother.. you REALLY love delicious =D
That's a nearly infinite number of tags.
Someday I'll catch up with you!

I agree. It would be nice to have multiple urls as an option.
