Add possibility to remove attachment when task completed/deleted
Currently, you can upload and link attachments to cloud storage. In my case Google Drive. This works fine.
However, attachments are not removed from cloud storage when the task is deleted or completed. This results in me having to do a manual cleanup once in a while to delete stale attachments that are no longer of use for me.
I would like to have the ability to have RTM automatically remove the attachment from cloud storage when I have completed or deleted the task. Or that RTM will ask me if the linked attachment needs to be deleted.
(I know my usecase might not work for everyone but would love if the RTM team came up with an idea that would solve this for everyone).
My workflow is usually as follows.
