Outline or Tree view please!

Yes, this is important. For one thing, it makes it possible to see subtasks of more than one parent at a time. For instance, if each customer has several subtasks, it becomes much easier to plan the day if you can see tasks that could be grouped and done together (e.g., phone calls, emails, invoices).
