I often find myself 'punting' due dates by a week (typically chores for Saturday/Sunday) on the day after they are due (e.g. on Monday moving a Sunday due task by a week). Frustratingly, there are choices to choose the next 5 days, and a week from the current date, but no choices for 6/7 days after the previous due date. Obviously I can go to the 'Pick date & time' dialog, but having those extra two choices in the list would be really handy.
