Checklist tasks.

A feature that I used a lot in my old system (Appigo Todo) was having tasks that had checklists in them (instead of subtasks). This mean that you could have a lot of items within a single task, as a reminder, but they did not count as tasks themselves.

I came to the forum to suggest the same. Sometimes I just don’t need all the power of subtasks, and it’s annoying having them show up in my smart lists (eg with a packing list - I don’t want ‘toothbrush’ etc etc counted as tasks - but DO want to be able to mark them off)

I don't really understand how subtasks don't provide that functionality. I have a "packing list" list and it includes my toothbrush. I use it to check off items as I pack them and then uncheck them when I pack to come home again. It works great.
