3D Touch options - make user definable

Would be great if a user could define which choices appear in the 3D menu. For example, I would like a Smart List to be in the choices shown. Alternatively, I would like to be able to define the opening view when RTM is launched.

Without this, the 3d touch feature is a bit of a waste. I want to be able to quickly go to my 'next action' list, or add a task.
