When creating subtasks, it'd be nice to enable them to have a default priority. For example having a default as "same as parent" would mean that all subtasks would have the priority as its parent. Being able to change this for different cases would be necessary, but I find that I add subtasks more quickly than their parents, and so some default option would save time.
