When desktop notifications is enabled in RTM it can happen that notifications are still not shown.

I found that if I disable the desktop notifications and enable them again, then the browser asks if I want to give permission to RTM to display notifications. Yes, of course! :)

The thing is that I do have multiple systems and tend to switch around my default browser a lot.

Wouldn't it be helpful if RTM or the browser asks if popup permission should be given? Google Calendar notificatinos for instance seems to be able to always ask that question on new browsers.
