I have lived with RTM for 3 years but am tired of waiting for proper task prioritization. I am off to search for a new task management tool. http://www.dummies.com/how-to/content/how-to-manage-time-by-prioritizing-daily-tasks.html explains the way I work, have worked all my life, but RTM does not support it. I assign priority orders to tasks during my daily task review. I do the tasks in the order I decided. This saves thinking about all the tasks to decide which one to do next, each time I turn to a new task. I have 150 tasks and 30 I would like to do today if I can. Drag and drop will not do for me; even on a desktop it is far too inconvenient for large numbers of tasks and hopeless on mobile devices with small screens. I was so disappointed when Bob implemented drag and drop and forgot to expose the priority settings so that I could manipulate them directly.
