From looking at the HTML, it's clear you're already using a great deal of CSS.
I'll bet you could get some volunteers to provide alternate CSS definitions and get some really interesting layouts that provide more space for task details and even represent priority with a combination of colors and numbers.

I'd also love RTM native skins or themes. I find the white background a bit too bright, and while there are a number of RTM themes on Stylish, they don't always incorporate every feature RTM has. For example, while I love the dark grey theme for RTM on Stylish, it doesn't account for Evernote linked tasks, so the Evernote logo on such tasks is not visible.
