I don't know if this is what you mean, but it would be great if, while writing down the task, if we could have a code for entering tags. For example, if I type "remember the milk today", today automatically gets picked up as the due date. If I could write: "remember the milk, tag: dairy", then it would be faster and automatically be added to my tags too :)
