RTM not working with IE 7

ianrea says:
My company just upgraded to IE 7 (don't ask) and RTM does not seem to be working anymore. I can log in and my tasks come up, but I can't edit them or add any new tasks. I also can't switch away from my default list to any other lists. RTM essentially seems to be in some sort of "read only" type mode. Any ideas what I can do to fix this?

Additional info:
- I can click the little pencil icon and change the text of a task, but it doesn't save my changes.
- If I click one of the tabs at the top the task list goes blank like it's trying to switch to the other tab, but then the default tab just comes back up instead of whatever tab I was switching to.
- When I try to add a new task, the little circle icon to the right of my new task that indicates that RTM is working just continues indefinitely and the new task is never added to my task list
- I can, however, still change the priority of the items in my task list
- I've tried changing the default list under settings, but as soon as I leave the settings panel, it just switches back to the same default list as before.

Anybody have any idea what could be wrong?

If you haven't done so already, would it be possible to submit a Logging In & Loading issue report via our support system?

Please select the issue that you're experiencing from the list on the left, and follow the steps shown. If your issue isn't listed, just click on "I'd like to report a new issue" on the left.

Your report should provide all the info that we need to investigate further, but we'll be in touch via email if we require any more details.

Thanks!

Sorry you've gotta try to do work in IE at all. That's a real bummer.

I would like to second this issue. I have had the same issue for a long time now. I do not have this issue in Chrome (which is how I work around the issue). Only IE7 (Not sure about IE8).

@andrewski: Thanks. Report submitted.

@apgordon: Thanks for the sympathy. I use a mix of Firefox and Chrome at home, but don't have that option at work unfortunately.

If anyone else is having this problem, the solution that worked for me was to go to Tools > Internet Options > Advanced and check the box for "Enable Native XMLHTTP support". Many thanks to Andrew at RTM support for helping me with the solution!
