iPhone app not updating Website and vice versa

I've had a number of problems in the last few months with the iPhone app not updating the website and vice versa. Should I uninstall it on my iPhone and then reinstall it? It's gotten to the point where I don't use it on the iPhone anymore because I've lost confidence that my changes will populate properly. If it matters, I'm using a 3G iPhone and typically use the app with 3G Internet access.

Could you try manually synchronizing with the website by tapping the Sync button (a round arrow) in the lower left?
