Different e-mails accounts

rotocastro says:
I wan't to use the RTM to manage my fraternity, my question is if you can create a rule to send a reminder e-mail for each person.

F.E.: adding a task with the name "John" in front of it, if the RTM would send the reminder to John, or creating different "Lists".

Can anyone help me, I am new at using the program, but I am loving it so far.

Does everyone need to have a RTM account to send an e-mail?

Reminders are sent to the address(es) listed in your RTM Settings. See our Reminders Guide.

Keep in mind that this sets reminders for the account, so if you have fraternity-related tasks within your own tasks, changing this may not be best for you. (If that's the case, you may be able to set up a rule to forward reminders sent to your email, e.g. containing the word "Fraternity", to others.)

Regarding sending an email, do you mean emailing tasks to your account? In that case, anyone with your RTM Inbox email address will be able to add tasks to your account.

Hope this helps!

If you use Gmail, and many other services, you can use that account's mail handling rules to do your forwarding for you, based on keywords you place in your tags. it's not ideal, but given the limitations of RTM's reminder system, that's as good as it gets automatically.
