I don't know why this is happening, but when I first create the shortcut for the RTM app in Chrome from Gears, I get a nice, pretty Cow icon. The first time I USE the icon, (or open remember the milk) it changes my icon to a horrible fuzzy cow on a white background. (Desktop and Status bar). I realize this is not a big deal, but it's driving me crazy.

I have narrowed it down to this: when I first start, there is a nice pretty icon the Google AppData users folder. When I launch RTM for the first time, it creates another icon in there, that's not so pretty.

Even if I delete it, or try to change it in the settings, it always reverts back.

Any ideas?
