This problem can have a few potential causes, typically caused by something blocking the site from loading its content. Try some of these ideas and let me know which works. :)
First, it might be worth trying to access the site via the secure HTTPS URL: https://www.rememberthemilk.com/ This can often help to work around connection issues that can cause this.
Also, if you haven't done so already, would it be possible to try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, restarting the browser, and trying again?
If that doesn't help, would it be possible to try adding RTM as a Trusted Site in Internet Explorer? You can find instructions on doing that here.
Lastly, this can often be a problem because of proxy servers or internet security software. You may want to check with your IT department to see if something on the particular network is causing a problem.
Let me know what you find and we'll see if we need to do anything else!
