user name and password problems

I have tried everything I know to get rtm to work on my Droid. Every combination of user name, password, email, etc. locks me out. I paid the $$ for the Pro account but have been unable to use it. Can i just wipe the slate clean and start all over? Right now I just threw away $25/

When trying to log in, can you make sure your username doesn't end up with a space at the end? The onscreen keyboard or Android's autocomplete can add a space at the end, and that would affect your login. (This is something on our list to investigate.)
