Remove notes from Apple iCal To Do's

When I subscride to my RTM lists the task show up in Apple iCal with associated notes:

Tags: none
Location: none
I cannot remove the notes from with-in iCal because it is a read only subscription. When I go to print this list of tasks the notes are printed as well. Does anyone know how to prevent the notes from being sent to iCal or know how to prevent them from printing in a list.
