I see that there is an extension for Firefox, and I installed it, but I have no idea what I'm looking for in Firefox now. I've gone through the menus. I see nothing about RTM. I see no icons in the status bars or tool bars. What am I looking for?

RTM hasn't worked in GMail for several days. I've gone through all the steps in the help document here. It doesn't load the little arrows at the tops of each day in the calendar, and there is no task sidebar (there's a Google task sidebar, though, if I want it.
