While it's not possible to download from our site, it should work in the Market. If you haven't done so already, would it be possible to submit an Android issue report via our support system?

Thanks Andrew! I just found out that my hero did not have Market preinstalled hence the issue. I rooted and installed a Rom and I now have my RTM. My apologies for the inconvenience on your part. More power.
