Hi there. I have come back to RTM to give it another try. I have to use Outlook as a tool for my tasks and appointments. So I need to find a way to synchronize both in a reasonable way. I have learned that RTM would be the "guiding" tool to be used. But how do I make sure that I get exactly the same content from RTM synced to Outlook. I have tried the iCal feature. But I am wondering about two things right now:

1 Whatever time span I do insert in RTM, it ends up with one hour in Outlook

2 I can not figure out how to make things a task in Outlook. everything is ending up as an appointment...!?

So I guess I will have to wait for a proper sync-tool available before really start using RTM on a professional level. Am I wrong?
