RTM contact list differs from GMail contact list

Some of my contacts don't appear when I use 'call xx' syntax to create a new task from gmail and I can't figure out the differences between these and contacts that are visible.
Is there some mandatory information needed ?

I made some more tests:
It's seems that contact doesn't appear if it has no email defined
and if I set one, It then appears but only after a certain delay (maybe one day) ...
