Repeat: "Every Year on June 29"

I would like to request this type of repeating syntax. When I go back to mark a birthday that happened a week ago as complete, and it has the repeat set to "every year" the new date is one year from TODAY instead of one year from the birthday.

It will do this if you set the repeat to "every 1 year"; it sounds as though you had the repeat set to "after 1 year", which will generate a new task based on the completion date instead of the due date.
