Not sure if this is already posted. I have two other co-workers in my contact list. We can all see each other's tasks. Each task is tagged with our initials so we can see at a glance who has which task. How can we break out task lists to view by tags (e.g. list only my tasks, list only co-worker A's tasks, list only co-worker B's tasks, etc.)? This way my supervisor can see all tasks or just task lists by individual. Not sure if this involves using smart lists? Help anyone?
