I submitted a help ticket several days ago but have not received a response. I upgraded to a pro account but I am not able to fully utilize RTM since every time I try to sync to my BB Storm, the app crashes and I have to reset my BB.
Additionally, I synced successfully once, but duplicated all the tasks in RTM, so when I cleaned that up it deleted all the tasks in my BB! I tried to 'Reset Sync' to get the clean list back onto the BB, but it crashes again - everytime!
