How to add a note to a list?

Hello,

I made a list for each goal, I am writing my success vision for each goal. Where can I store it so It is available for inspiration as I move forward. I believe envisioning success is key!

It is typically a short paragraph

Why not create a task in each goal list entitled Vision, and place the note there? You can use priority, due date, or alphabetization to have it appear where you wish in the list, and you can filter out vision tasks from other smartlists so they don't clutter up your working lists.
