Change "Day Ending at..." Time.. Midnight

Is there a way to change when the day ends & new tasks are loaded? For instance, I work at night and my day really ends at 2 am.

So for me, this moment its PST 12:13 AM on Wednesday.. Right now, I would still like to be viewing Tuesdays Tasks as "Due Today"

I tried changing my time zone .... didn't work

Hope I articulated my problem... Thanks in advance :)

You could work that into some Smart Lists though; something like dueBefore:"tomorrow 2:00" would work, perhaps in combination with other search terms.
