Tag cloud grows too large. Some of them are out of my screen.

I have many tags and now the tag cloud have grown too large. Some tags are out of my screen because of the floating behavior of the right side box which shows details of the task.

I need to scroll the page chasing the box toward the bottom to catch up the tag cloud to click a tag which is at the bottom of the tag cloud.

I'm afraid I could not have explained what's going on my page.
