Quick Add: Due Never?

I just love the quick add feature and am using it all the time on the iPhone RTM app. However, I subscribe to GTD principles and prefer to only include due dates when tasks have a firm due date.
How do I use quick add and indicate that the due date is never?
It would be helpful to know how to do this on the iPhone app, as well as via a browser and email, if the instructions are different for those methods of entering tasks via quick add.

I think I meant smart add in my question... Sorry about that.... Not sure on quick add versus smart add, but I'm referring to when you enter all task info (priority, tag, list, etc.) via one line.
Default is due date never unless you add tasks to a smart list with un-ambigouos criteria including a date (like due:Today). Otherwise, you get a due date of never.
Regarding not adding due dates to tasks that don't really have a due date, I agree, inventing due dates only messes things up.
