Locations created on Android does not sync to web

Manually refreshing should be enough to make this update. Can you try Menu | Refresh to force the app to synchronize with the website?
If that doesn't help, likely it's updating and you're not seeing it on the website. Can you try clearing your cache, seeing if Gears is installed (if so, you should try disabling it), and perhaps try with a different browser?
