Creating a Success Score

fisherprice says:
In the past I have used the priority and the due date to create a success score, the task that has the lowest score is the task I do first.

The success score is a calculated field based on the priority and the due date. For example if the due date is within 6 days it gets an urgency score of 1, within 6 weeks it's urgency score is 2, more than 6 weeks it's 3. To get a success score you multiply the priority with the urgency.

As you can imagine there may be the situation where a high priority task is done after a low priority task because of the due date.

Can anyone think of a way to do this sort of calculation or sorting using RTM

For example:

Get Milk (priority 1, due today) ( P * U = 1)
Do Taxes (P=1, Due EOFY) (P * U = 3)
Flowers for Wife (P=2, Due Friday) (P * U = 2)

So I would get the milk first, then the flowers and the taxes last even though the taxes are more important to do than get flowers for my wife.
