Desktop App for Windows 7

Is there a Desktop app available that runs in Windows 7? I'm looking for something similar to a windows 7 equivalent of Tasque (linux only).

From what I understand, it should be possible to run Tasque on Windows. I haven't tried though, and don't know how much work would be involved (in setting it up or installing the prerequisites).

We also recently highlighted something similar, App for the Milk, on our blog.
