Individual tasks not showing on google calendar on droid

I just got the Droid and am trying out RTM. The RTM icon is on my google calendar (on the phone), but the individual tasks are not. The tasks show up on google calendar on my computer but are not synching onto the phone. The reminder "Remember The Milk" is on my calendar but the tasks are synching in the RTM app. Is that the way it is supposed to be?

It sounds like you have Remember The Milk for Google Calendar added, which just embeds a small RTM page behind each checkmark. This calendar isn't viewable on mobile browsers or other calendars that synchronize with Google Calendar.
You may want to subscribe to your iCalendar in Google Calendar and then have that one synchronize. Instructions for doing so are on our website.
Keep in mind that you can hide that iCalendar from Google Calendar but still have it available to you on your phone; both are useful, just in different ways. :)

I just tried this out, and at first, the tasks from RTM did, in fact, show up fight away on my google calendar. But then, the same day, I added another task in RTM and it has not shown up in my google calendar for more than 3 hours.
I researched this, and do I understand correctly that it can take up to 24 hours for the tasks to be fed from RTM to Google Calendar? This is not very helpful.

jfried01,
Google Calendar sometimes doesn't update the iCalendar often enough. Our iCalendars update immediately in all past cases; the best way to verify the source of the problem is to use another iCalendar-supporting application that lets you refresh on command.
Let me know what you find!
