Getting email support

I signed up for a pro account just so that I could get some tech support when the Android app wouldn't let me login to my RTM account. Silly me - I shouldn't have paid for something that's supposed to have a 15-day free trial. So I submitted a "new issue" in the appropriate category, even though, ironically, the "priority email support" turns out to exclude email support except in very nebulous, undefined circumstances. ("Only if RTM needs more information," and so forth.)
Anyone know who I have to bribe to get a response? Or, barring that, a refund?
Of course, if I have overlooked the link that allows pro users to submit a support request that includes a promise to respond, please provide the link. Thanks in advance for any help...

Apparently, you just have to be a little more patient than I am. About an hour more patient, in fact. No bribing necessary!
