Gears Task Renaming Bug
eunsung says:
I use RTM on Google Gears at home, where I have no internet, and then sync it at school, where I have the internet.
The problem is that occasionally, when I sync, some of my recently-created tasks are renamed to match the names of other tasks. There is no way to undo or "unsync", meaning that I essentially lose tasks (although I can sometimes figure out what the original should be if I've added a location or URL, etc.).
This is a deal-breaker. I can't be losing tasks; remembering tasks is why I use RTM. Has anyone else experienced this?

My mistake; there are two different problems. First, tasks are disappearing, and then reappearing upon sync. Second, due dates are being postponed by themselves.
This resulted in having five or six tasks of the same name appearing due today, while some of today's tasks are showing up later in the week.
Suffice it to say that syncing with Gears currently sucks.
