Adding a new task - pick priority

It makes me add the task, then the new task goes down somewhere in my list, then I have to find it to set the priority. Can you make a way to set new task priority while creating task? example make the little priority "key" floating on the right actually a selectable way to set the task priority of a new task versus just a read-only thing.

Hi. If you use the Smart Add bar to create your task, you can assign the priority within the task. Use an exclamation point ! then 1, 2 or 3 for the priority. For example:

Also remember that if you do need to edit the task you just entered you can click on the link in confirmation message to select that task.
The confirmation method is above the list tabs and does not require you to scroll down to find that task
