Where's my Pro?

I paid several days ago and the 3-7 days have passed and I can see in my statement that PayPal passed the payment 2 days ago.

Nothing's happened to my account, and to make it more annoying, you guys have hidden any way of direct contact and all I could find were condescending FAQ's. That was not an amazing way to start this new priority support I've been paying for for 2 days...

Can I get some help from somewhere on this? Extremely disappointed by this.
