Bug: "End of Month" and repeat "Every 1 month"

Even a 31-day repeat cycle (such that an Oct 31 task lands on Dec 1) would be FAR preferable to having the task get missed entirely at or around the end of November.

My bigger concern is that the repeat interval seems to actually *skip* months with less than 31 days. I don't remember seeing that happening before -- I recall that it used to act like an "every 31 days" repeat rather than skipping whole months entirely (so an Oct 31 repeat would land on December 1st, rather than November 30th).
Being off by a day or two is usually less of a concern than missing a month entirely, which is why the current behaviour seems like an even more serious bug.
