Windows Mobile Sync

Trial pro account, samsung BJ II winmo 6.1. First few syncs ok. Now server is requesting full sync almost everytime and without fail I get the following error : Authentication failed. Check username and password or Pro account status.
I've not changed my un or pw and I've had the mobile version on my phone for all of 3 days.
Ideas???
